This role is perfect for aqualified Motor Mechanic or experienced Service Advisorwho enjoys problem-solving, customer contact, and keeping vehicles on the road.
What you'll do Authorise and manage vehicle repairs while controlling costs.
Coordinate CVRT tests and liaise with garages, clients, and suppliers.
Provide technical advice to drivers and ensure quick issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Support team goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Must have Qualified Motor Mechanic or strong experience as a Service Advisor/Manager .
Excellent technical and diagnostic knowledge.
Confident communicator, able to liaise with garages, suppliers, and customers.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Proven decision-making and problem-solving ability.
