Looking for a Business Development/Account Manager with good knowledge of the drinks industry to cover the West of Ireland. In this role, you will be developing and growing sales in the hospitality sector and will be part of an experienced, dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and convert new on-trade accounts to grow your territory's sales and market share.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and ongoing sales growth.
* Collaborate with the wider team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
* Be the point of contact for clients, resolving issues and offering expert guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Attend regular product training and stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activity.
Experience/Requirements
* Background in on-trade sales and business development, ideally within the wine, beverage, or hospitality industry.
* WSET qualifications are a distinct advantage.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in developing new business independently.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, social media platforms) and a full, clean driver's license are required.
