Our organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dublin Airport. This role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a team and independently, and has a positive attitude towards customer service and personal development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling tickets and add-on products to customers, providing guidance and information as required, and using a proactive approach to make travel arrangements for our customers in the event of delays or service disruption.
In addition, the role involves effectively and accurately communicating information to customers and liaising with colleagues regarding service updates and disruption.
As part of your employment, you may be subject to random drug and alcohol tests to ensure our high standards of health and safety are continually met.
This is a 2 month full-time opportunity that requires flexibility and adaptability, including working shift patterns, weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands.
Key responsibilities:
* Sell tickets and add-on products to customers
* Provide guidance and information to customers
* Make travel arrangements for customers in the event of delays or service disruption
* Communicate information to customers and liaise with colleagues
* Assist drivers with boarding and help with customer luggage
* Manage coach movements within the station
