Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve store targets
* Optimize sales through effective customer service and selling techniques
* Manage rotas, payroll, and headcount in line with forecasts and budgets
* Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow
* Reconcile daily sales and petty cash and manage gift card process
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience in managing a high-volume store
* Experience in leading and developing a large team in a retail environment
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to drive sales and profitability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a KPI-driven environment
