We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to lead our pre-construction phase and coordinate early-stage design activities across multiple residential developments.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading the pre-construction phase as a Design Manager and play a critical role in design reviews, technical assessments, and ensuring alignment with central design standards during the pre-construction phase.
* Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or Engineering;
* In excess of 5 years experience in residential construction design or similar;
* Full knowledge of construction industry regulations and planning policies;
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
* Confident working independently and collaboratively;
* Excellent verbal and written communication;
* Detail-oriented and proactive;
* Full driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential).
