Site Manager Role
A Site Manager is required to oversee a busy construction project, with responsibility for the entire operation from start to finish. This includes ensuring that all works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage trades and labour forces on site to meet programme and schedule of works deadlines
* Maintain clean and safe conditions on site at all times, adhering strictly to health and safety standards
* Brief suppliers or contractors as necessary regarding materials required on site
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients throughout the project duration. They must also have an eye for detail when interpreting drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate will possess several key skills including Civils Construction Steel Frame Buildings Showroom Fit-Outs, along with excellent leadership qualities. In terms of qualifications,
the individual should hold a trade-related qualification such as civil engineering or architecture, 5+ years experience working in this field within Ireland (eligibility requirement),and
a Full Clean Drivers License. The ability read write communicate fluently English is essential.
