Make certain that hazards are proactively recognized and assist the relevant parties in making sure they are reported and escalated as needed.RequirementsA certified RGN who has provided care for an elderly person for at least three of the previous six yearsThree years or more of experience managing people in the health and social care sector.
NMBI registration as of right now.A post-registration management degree in medicine or a similar discipline.
