Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
to join our busy client and play a key role in maintaining and improving safety standards across all manufacturing and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement best-in-class EH&S practices in line with current legislation and company policies.
* Deliver training programmes for staff and site operatives to promote a strong safety culture.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to management on all EHS matters.
* Prepare, review, and advise on Safety Statements, Method Statements, and related documentation.
* Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
* Liaise with customers' Environmental, Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance and cooperation.
* Coordinate First Aid and ongoing EHS training initiatives across the organisation.
Key Requirements
* Relevant EHS qualification (e.g. Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH).
* Strong knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation.
* Confident communicator with the ability to train and influence others.
* Practical experience carrying out risk assessments and preparing safety documentation.
* Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
Pay:
€70,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
