Purpose
Contribute to the success of the Fixed Income Rates sales division in Europe, executing plans and initiatives aligned with business strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Accountabilities
* Foster a client-focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader bank connections.
* Responsible for distributing Fixed Income Products to clients across Europe, including London, Dublin, and other trading hubs.
* Develop skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
* Maintain high-quality communication with Sales, Research, Trading, and Management.
* Work with management to optimize resources, capital use, and profitability.
* Adhere to risk management, compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct standards.
* Support a high-performance, inclusive environment aligned with the bank's values and strategies.
* Complete required certifications and meet fitness and probity standards, especially as a prescribed Controlled Function by the Central Bank of Ireland.
Dimensions
* Build and maintain high-quality European client relationships, enhancing distribution channels.
* Stay updated on regulatory, compliance, and operational matters.
* Assist management with market intelligence and platform development.
* Possess broad knowledge of Fixed Income instruments and macro developments.
* Maximize cross-sell opportunities across FICC and Equity products.
Education / Experience
* Proficiency in a Continental European language and experience with local client coverage (e.g., French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages).
* Experience in a similar Fixed Income and Derivatives dealer role.
* Strong client and market relationships supporting platform development.
* Awareness of industry trends, products, and regulations.
