About Your New Job
As a Sales Agent, you will sell motor, home, and travel insurance to members and customers via inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling!).
Drive sales, exceed performance targets, and deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive impression of the brand.
Confidently handle objections, close sales, and elevate complex cases when necessary, all while working as part of a high‑performing team.
Standard working hours include 8‑hour shifts Monday to Friday, plus 1‑2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10 AM – 3 PM).
What Skills You Need
At least 1 year’s experience in a Sales role (Contact Centre experience preferred).
Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, resilience in handling objections, and a positive, results‑driven attitude.
Adaptability and teamwork are essential.
Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) are a plus, or willingness to work toward them.
