 
        
        Job Title: Deputy Manager
The primary role of the Deputy Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a service, ensuring it runs in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes taking a senior position within the staff team and assisting with leading various aspects of service delivery.
 * Taking a senior role within the staff team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service.
 * You will assist with taking a lead on any aspect of the service delivery, as agreed with the manager.
 * You will provide keywork to designated families living in the service, as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:
 * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Care, Social Policy, Addiction Studies, or Housing & Welfare.
 * Proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
