Our products, many of which are household favorites, are enjoyed by millions daily.About the roleAs a Senior Brand Manager at Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods, you will be instrumental in developing and executing brand strategies to increase market share and brand growth. You will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing plans for leading brands, ensuring they align with overall business goals and consumer insights.This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in Naas for 2 days each week.Key responsibilitiesBrand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and promote growth.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and monitor the competitive landscape.Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and drive product development initiatives.Budget Management: Manage brand budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.Qualifications and skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: At least 7 years in brand management, preferably in FMCG.Skills: Strong analytical abilities, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills.Proven Track Record: Successful history in developing and executing brand strategies that enhance growth and market share.
