The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the estimating function to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of cost estimates and bid submissions. This role is an office-based role, located in Dublin 22.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist mechanical / electrical estimators in preparing cost estimatesEnsure Estimates Comply With Company Standards And Client RequirementsMaintain estimating spreadsheets, databases, and pricing templatesTrack bid schedules, deadlines, and submission requirementsRespond to internal and external inquiries related to bids and estimatesPerform general administrative duties related to the estimating departmentCandidate RequirementsA relevant third level degree and/or a trade background and/or relevant experienceStrong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlinesExcellent communication and time management skillsExperience with estimating software, and spreadsheet designExperience working in a mechanical & electrical contracting or estimating departmentTritech is an equal opportunity employer.
