This is a high-visibility role supporting a rapidly expanding international business, with responsibility for inventory accounting and reporting activities.This role will suit a qualified accountant with 2+ years' PQE who enjoys hands-on work, process improvement, and operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.The RoleManage balance sheet reconciliations and provide supporting commentary for month-end and quarterly reportingOversee preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate external auditsManage and develop one Assistant AccountantLead inventory accounting activities including analysis, slow-moving/obsolete stock reporting, and costing variance reviewsProvide supplementary information for quarterly and annual reporting requirementsLiaise with internal stakeholders, tax advisors, and third-party providersSupport inventory-related queries and operational finance mattersContribute to process improvements and finance projectsAssist with ad-hoc month-end activities as requiredThe CandidateQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 2+ years' PQEStrong technical accounting knowledge with multinational experience preferredLeadership ability with experience mentoring or supervising staffExperience with US GAAP, SOX, or SAP advantageousInventory or COGS reporting experience beneficialAdvanced Excel skills and strong systems proficiencyHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyStrong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersThe RewardsSalary €70,000 – €80,000+ DOEAttractive benefits package including performance bonus, pension scheme, and private healthcareFlexible hybrid working arrangementFree on-site parking for added convenienceSupportive environment with ongoing opportunities for professional development and career growth
