Solution Architect (Senior)
Location:
Dublin; occasional travel to client sites.
Duration:
12+ months – highly extendable.
Key Deliverables
Provide architectural oversight & leadership and technical guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation.
Oversee and support the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices.
Work with the team and external advisers to analyse clients' business requirements and develop and implement appropriate best practice solutions that meet industry standards.
Actively contribute to the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and review of resulting Functional Designs (FDs).
Provide subject-matter expertise to both technical team, clients and System Implementation partner on system configurations, including inventory, and custom developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
Play an active and expert role in the data migration, data conversion and data reconciliation process of client data by advising on extraction, formatting and successful loading into Oracle.
Support the delivery of User Acceptance Testing and End User Testing.
Skills and Competencies
Solution architectural oversight & leadership.
Collaboration with System Implementer and technical stakeholders.
Assessment and design of client solutions.
Functional expertise in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow.
Data Migration, Conversion, and Reconciliation.
End User Training.
Techno-functional skills: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, OAF page development.
Practical experience with Oracle EBS modules: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Order Management, General Ledger.
Operations Deliverables
Provide hands-on support and guidance to the operations teams in analysing issues and determining appropriate solutions.
Partner with teams across business functions to drive organisational efficiency.
Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships.
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
