Job Overview
The Vice President of Marketing will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for shaping and executing Vinco's global marketing, brand, and growth strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing functions—including brand strategy, product marketing, institutional positioning, demand generation, communications, and partnerships—to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term growth goals.
This role requires a strategic, execution-focused marketing leader with deep experience in fintech or financial services, capable of building scalable marketing engines, elevating brand credibility, and driving measurable revenue impact in high-growth, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Lead and oversee Vinco's global marketing strategy to support revenue growth, brand equity, and market expansion.
Build and manage integrated marketing functions across brand, growth, content, product marketing, and communications.
Design and implement scalable marketing frameworks, processes, and operating models.
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership.
Drive accountability through clear KPIs, performance tracking, and ROI measurement.
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
Define and execute Vinco's global brand strategy, messaging architecture, and value proposition.
Position Vinco as a trusted fintech partner for institutional and enterprise clients.
Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-impact brand communication across all channels.
Strengthen thought leadership and executive visibility in fintech, capital markets, and digital finance.
Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy
Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, solutions, and market entries.
Develop demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs targeting institutional clients.
Oversee customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
Partner with Sales to optimize conversion, enablement, and account-based marketing initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with corporate objectives and growth plans.
Translate business priorities into actionable marketing roadmaps and execution plans.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
Support fundraising, partnerships, and investor-facing narratives through strong positioning.
Governance, Risk & Compliance Alignment
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand governance standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to manage communications in regulated environments.
Implement approval workflows, content governance, and risk mitigation processes.
Promote a culture of transparency, accuracy, and trust in all external communications.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing leadership team.

Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or regulated industries.
Proven track record of building and scaling marketing organizations in high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of fintech, capital markets, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
Expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and demand generation.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
