About the Role
A well-established Irish Division of a Global Organisation is seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Executive – New Business to join its growing team of three sales professionals.
Working as part of a close-knit team of three and reporting to the Head of New Business, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by winning new corporate clients. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
You will have full ownership of your pipeline, from initial prospecting through to deal completion, with the autonomy to shape your approach and the support of an experienced team behind you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying and engaging new corporate clients through outbound activity, networking, and relationship building
Creating and managing your own pipeline, with a focus on quality opportunities and long‑term value
Leading conversations with decision‑makers to understand their business needs and position tailored solutions
Owning the full sales journey – from first contact through to negotiation and deal close
Keeping your pipeline organised and up to date using CRM tools
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding
Re‑engaging prospects and nurturing relationships to maximise future business opportunities
Keeping informed on market trends and using insights to strengthen your sales approach
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a sales or business development role with a strong focus on new business
A self‑starter who is confident in building a pipeline from scratch
Comfortable operating in a target‑driven environment with clear goals
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
Resilient, motivated, and commercially aware
Organised with good attention to detail and follow‑through
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
Full clean driving licence
