Responsibilities Include:
* Dealing with Guest Queries
* Management of guest luggage
* Managing guest admission
* Assisting the reception team
* General Porter Duties
Requirements:
* Previous customer care experience is required
Candidate must be reliable and flexible with working hours
* You must be legally allowed to work 40 hours per week
* Requires very strong communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding job which includes regular lifting and a lot of walking.
* Must be able to regularly lift baggage and luggage.
