We are currently looking for a Legal Executive to join our talented team here at our Dublin Studio. Working within a highly dynamic and creative business environment, this role offers the right candidate a wonderful opportunity to join an exciting high growth company. This position will be responsible for the full administration of a busy Legal Department. The Legal Executive will deliver thorough legal and administrative support across contracts, research, compliance tracking, IP management, and general departmental organization to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of the in house legal function. The successful candidate will provide steady, adaptable assistance that helps the legal team stay organized, informed, and responsive to the varied demands of a fast-paced and changing business. The Legal Executive will also support the in house legal function by maintaining clear records, ensuring the department operates in a timely manner with clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Please note that our studio operates on a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days per week required in the studio. This is a permanent contract based in our Dublin Studio. The successful candidate must have the right to work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, review and execution of third-party contracts.
Support the negotiation review and drafting of commercial contracts.
Research on a wide range of company and client legal issues (this can be anything from intellectual property law to employment law to property law).
Drafting advisory memos and reports to managers and/or clients.
Maintenance of script and asset clearance, and monitoring of outstanding matters for clearance and/or completion.
Drafting, reviewing and filing of all non-disclosure and assignment of rights agreements.
Assisting production with licensing and permissions.
Managing end-of-production legal deliverables.
Archiving, updating databases, template review and related matters.
Assisting with the management of Brown Bag’s trademark and IP portfolio.
Support company secretarial functions, including preparing and submitting statutory corporate filings, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with governance administration.
Other administrative tasks on an as needed basis.

Legal Qualification Desirable
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience, demonstrating strong admin skills and attention to detail are essential.
Experience working in the law firm/ media sector is an advantage but not essential.
