Workforce Coordinator
This role involves planning, scheduling and monitoring labour resources to ensure production efficiency and smooth workforce coordination.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and adjust weekly staff rotas using the in-house Time & Attendance system
* Coordinate worker training with HR and address skill gaps
* Manage absence, sickness, and staffing requirements
* Liaise with third-party temporary staff suppliers
* Resolve labour shortages and support supervisors as required
* Prepare weekly payroll reports and daily KPI updates
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records
* Provide administrative and data-entry support where needed
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have intermediate MS Excel skills, strong organisational ability, accuracy and problem-solving skills, fluent English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work any 5 days out of 7 and commute to St. Margaret's (driving required).
A team player with a proactive approach to workflow management is essential for this role.
