Job Title: Patient Experience Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Manager to lead and enhance the patient journey across multiple clinic locations. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering an exciting opportunity for professional growth.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the patient journey from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up care. They will develop and improve processes to optimize patient experience, leading and mentoring teams including Care Coordinators and Client Care Advisors across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversight of patient care operations from inquiry to follow-up care;
* Development and improvement of processes for enhanced patient experience;
* Liaison between clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
* Maintenance of performance metrics using KPIs and patient feedback;
Fulfillment Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess qualifications in Healthcare Management or Business Administration. A background in healthcare management systems, as well as experience managing multi-location teams would be advantageous. Experience with data protection standards is also desired.
