Accounts Payable Representative at Ryanair – Europe's Favourite Airline
Ryanair is recruiting an Accounts Payable Representative to join our busy finance team at the Head Office in Swords, Dublin.
Responsibilities
Process high‑volume, large‑ticket invoices into SAP accounting package
Prepare the weekly/monthly payment cycle
Perform monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts
Provide support and information to the finance team
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies
Assist in resolving payment queries with suppliers
Monitor aged creditors and debit balances

Maintain invoicing through the Workflow system
Carry out related ad‑hoc duties as required
Requirements
Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, payment posting, and creditor reconciliations
Familiarity with SAP accounting system (beneficial but not essential)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills to meet strict deadlines
Understanding of workflow systems an advantage
Self‑motivated, flexible, dynamic, with good communication skills and team spirit
