Responsibilities

1. Owning the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and close.

2. Actively managing a high-volume pipeline and prioritizing effectively.

3. Building and executing a strategic territory plan for sustainable growth.

4. Collaborating with peers and sharing best practices.

5. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.

6. Taking ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillset.

7. Representing the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency.

Requirements
">
">
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
">
* Extensive experience in a revenue-generating role such as BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or Junior AE in a SaaS/MarTech environment.

* Proven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail.
">
* Strong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approaches.
">
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders.
">
* Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented, thriving on exceeding targets.

* Curious and coachable, with a strong growth mindset and drive for improvement.
