Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in enhancing our customer-centric approach and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process quotations and sales orders by liaising with supplier partners and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners, progressing procurement and logistics initiatives.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular sales reports.
* Update and maintain our in-house database to ensure accurate information.
* Perform general office administrative duties, including bookkeeping through Big Red Cloud.
* Research and identify new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop these leads.
Requirements:
* A passion for sales and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, possessing high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A working knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
