**Customer Service ManagerFull Time permanentCarlow**Our client, a long-established engineering services provider, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting field engineers and ensuring an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to job completion.You will play a central part in the day-to-day running of the service department and will be a key member of the company's management team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer service activities from initial enquiry through to handoverPlan, schedule and coordinate jobs for service engineers across IrelandManage workflow through the company's job management softwarePrepare and submit RAMS and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirementsOversee the completion and submission of service reports and management reportsProvide quotations and assist with surveying workMaintain strong relationships with key customer accountsSupport field engineers and customers with technical queriesLiaise closely with service and sales teamsEnsure compliance with ISO standards: 9001 (Quality), Environmental), Health & Safety)General administration and reporting as requiredThe Ideal Candidate3-5 years' experience in a similar operations, service coordination, or customer service management roleExperience in a technical, engineering or mechanical services environment is an advantageStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident planning workloads and managing prioritiesStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and job-management systemsHigh level of initiative, accuracy and problem-solving abilityAbility to motivate individuals and work effectively within a teamFlexible, energetic and customer-focusedThird-level qualification desirable but not requiredReady to take charge of customer service and make an impact every day?
