* Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet guests and employees
* Prepare and distribute access cards
* Book meetings and manage conference rooms
* Log and track deliveries and packages
* Keep the reception area tidy
* Arrange couriers and building service-related phone calls
* Provide general administrative support
Additional Responsibilities Include:
* Communicate with building engineers on service requests
* Maintain company standards in daily operations
* Clean and neat physical appearance of the office
* Respond to employee's office needs
* Review conference rooms set ups and clean up after meetings and events
* Coordinate new hires' logistics
* Ensure office supply and kitchen areas are well-stocked
* Review CSRE related quotes and invoices
* Assistance in organizing company events and conferences
