Residential Service Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the operational delivery of a residential service in Galway, supporting individuals with disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality, safety and compliance of a designated centre.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations and safeguarding legislation.
* Liaise with families, stakeholders, regulators and senior management;
* Oversee resources including staffing, finance, buildings and equipment;
This role requires strong people management and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role. You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
