Aircraft Leasing SVP Contract Management Job Description
* Manage aircraft leasing contracts across multiple regions to ensure effective lease administration, contract management, and insurance processes.
* Develop company-wide policies and procedures for delivery and redelivery processes, securing approval and adherence.
* Oversee fleet and transactional insurance management to minimize risks.
* Spearhead the lifecycle of aircraft transactions, including deliveries, redeliveries, sales, and acquisitions.
* Drive operational efficiency initiatives while maintaining high customer service standards.
* Administer all aspects of contract management and maintain a portfolio of letters of credit.
* Maintain compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
* Ensure regulatory and internal audits are compliant.
* Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on key performance indicators.
