What you will do!
To raise awareness, drive sales, and enhance the profile of Diageo's brands within a given territory, this will be achieved through gaining distribution and achieving secondary displays.
* Increase distribution and availability within stores
* Adhere to a retail call file and plan your journey accordingly
* Meet and merchandise scheduled deliveries across Dunnes Stores, Supervalu, and Lidl outlets
* Deliver and execute objectives and targets set by your line manager
* Understand and identify customer needs
* Place POS in stores post-sell-in agreements for client promotions
* Communicate effectively with store management and line managers
* Provide feedback regularly through verbal communication, electronic, and phone apps
* Strive to reach the highest standards of performance
* Maintain CPM and client standards at all times
* Participate in conference calls to submit feedback and insights
* Generate new ideas and improve ways of working
* Operate efficiently to complete all tasks
* Undertake any other duties as instructed by your line manager
