Senior Sustainability Data Lead
Elevate Partners is seeking a seasoned expert to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive sustainability data strategy. This strategic role will ensure regulatory rigor, particularly in alignment with BCBS 239 compliance, and deliver high-quality, data-driven insights to support effective portfolio oversight and risk management.
This pivotal position requires an experienced leader who can develop, implement, and maintain an end-to-end sustainability data strategy, ensuring compliance with BCBS 239 and other regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sustainability Data Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sustainability data strategy that aligns with BCBS 239 compliance and other regulatory requirements.
2. Data Governance and Reporting Solutions: Lead the design and delivery of sustainability data governance, MI, and reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex data requirements into actionable insights.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data integrity, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
5. Industry Representation: Represent Elevate Partners in industry forums and regulatory discussions on sustainability data and reporting.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in data governance, risk management, or sustainability reporting, ideally in a financial services or regulatory environment.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep knowledge of BCBS 239 compliance, data architecture, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sustainability and financial data for strategic decision-making.
4. Team Leadership: Experience in building and leading data-driven teams with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators, and external partners.
