This role is critical in translating business needs into clear, structured technical requirements, ensuring solutions are well-designed, feasible, and aligned to business outcomes.You will combinehands-on technical understandingwithexceptional communication skills, working closely with product owners, developers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder EngagementElicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviewsAct as a trusted intermediary between business users and technical teamsTranslate complex business needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirementsProduce high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process mapsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior managementTechnical Analysis & Solution DesignCollaborate with architects and developers to define solution designs and technical approachesAnalyse system integrations, data flows, APIs, and interfacesSupport data modelling, data migration, and data quality initiativesContribute to system configuration, technical specifications, and acceptance criteriaValidate technical solutions against business requirementsDelivery & Change SupportSupport Agile and/or Waterfall delivery teams throughout the full project lifecycleParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviewsSupport testing activities including system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Assist with deployment planning, training materials, and user adoption activitiesIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them effectivelyEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in technology-driven projectsStrong technical understanding of:System architecturesAPIs and integrationsData models and data flowsCloud platforms and enterprise applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms)Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engage confidently with developers and architectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall environmentsHigh attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger pictureDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience with CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, NetSuite)SQL or data querying experienceExperience with data migration and integration projectsKnowledge of business process modelling techniques (BPMN, UML)Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)Relevant certifications (BCS, IIBA, Agile BA, Scrum)
