Job Overview
The role leads the Employee Relations (ER) and HR Ops function for the EMEA region, comprising 23 countries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing regional leadership to the EMEA Employee Relations and HR operations team.
* Leading, managing, and developing a team of 5-7 employees across the region.
* Acting as an objective and trusted advisor for both employees and management across the region.
* Consulting and providing training, advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on a broad range of employee relations matters.
