Join us as for our Process Improvement Graduate program
In this role, you'll be for activities in the Operational Excellence department.
Over the duration of 24 months, the successful candidate will rotate between the 3 departments and specialise in one specific area on the final rotation.
The roles support will grant a wide variety of experience in the different areas within both the packaging and manufacturing plant
What you will be doing: Rotation 1: Process Improvement Support Accelerated Improvement Workshops mainly focused on the improvement of efficiency in different production areas, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Investigate and document process best practices to be shared across the shopSupport the implementation of lean methodologies, including 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), to optimize workplace organization and efficiency.Assist in collecting and analysing data to measure process performance and identify improvement opportunities, adhering to Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) methodologyAssist in collecting and analysing data to measure process performance and identify improvement opportunitiesParticipate in brainstorming sessions and kaizen events to generate innovative solutions to process challenges.Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the organizationDisplay reports in meetings to management and external groupsOther tasks as assigned by managerRotation 2: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Develop Master Recipes and EBR Configurations by taking inputs from Key Process Stakeholders and Area OwnersParticipate in the development and maintenance of MES documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions) Collaborate with cross-functional departments for EBR integration with SAP, Quality and ITAssist in EBR Validation activities in a GMP environmentOther tasks as assigned by managerRotation 3: Project Management Office (PMO) Who we are looking for : Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishGood Analytical or troubleshooting skillsStrong technical writing skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional mannerGood organizational skillsTask and Results focussedEducational Background: Minimum BSc/ BA/ BEng in Engineering / IT Discipline
