Job Overview
You will work closely with senior management and project teams to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of day-to-day site operations.
* Support the Project Manager in the coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Attend site meetings and prepare reports, updates, and documentation.
* E nsure accurate record-keeping of drawings, RFIs, site diaries, and material deliveries.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders under supervision.
* Assist in procurement and logistics coordination for materials and site equipment.
* Participate in setting out and quality assurance checks, where required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Fresh graduate or 12 years of relevant work experience (site or office-based).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g. AutoCAD, Project, Procore, or similar).
* A full driving licence.
