We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced, international digital advertising team based in Dublin (hybrid). About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with independent agencies. They will conduct market research and strategic outreach to drive acquisition efforts, understand each agency's unique challenges, and create tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with independent agencies
* Conduct market research and strategic outreach to drive acquisition efforts
* Understand each agency's unique challenges and create tailored solutions
* Develop and present compelling proposals using performance insights, trends, and platform tools
* Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and document progress using CRM tools
* Travel as needed to support partnerships and events
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, business development, or agency partnerships
* Proven ability to exceed revenue and acquisition goals
* Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
* Fluent in French or German and English (written and verbal)
* Experience in digital marketing field
* Skilled in using CRM and sales enablement tools
* Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape
* Comfortable with travel and working across international teams
What We Offer:
* A competitive base salary of €34k and up to €15k in commission, depending on performance
