Maintenance and Engineering Lead
As a key member of the site team, this role has responsibility for overseeing maintenance operations to ensure maximum production output.
* Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) must be met or exceeded for all site manufacturing equipment.
* A comprehensive strategy will be developed for technician training and skills enhancement within Maintenance teams.
* The execution of planned preventative maintenance and adherence to regulatory requirements are essential for success in this position.
* An ongoing review of periodic maintenance systems will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practice strategies will be applied.
* Maintenance work performed on site must meet Health & Safety and Quality standards.
