Job Title: Omni Channel Marketing eCommerce Manager Reporting to: Head of Business Development Growth Location: M7 Business Park, Co Kildare Contract Type: Full time, permanent Work schedule : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Closing Date: 10th December **** Purpose of the Role The Retail Marketing eCommerce Manager is responsible for implementing and delivering integrated retail marketing and eCommerce strategies that support Vision Ireland Retail's commercial objectives.
The role will lead initiatives to increase sales across both online and physical retail channels, enhance brand visibility, and improve customer engagement through effective use of digital marketing, CRM, and promotional activity.
This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on implementation, ensuring that marketing, online trading, and customer communication efforts are aligned with Vision Ireland's values and business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. eCommerce Management Select and manage product ranges for all online sales platforms.
Oversee the creation and presentation of high-quality, visually appealing product photography and listings.
Manage online merchandising, pricing structures, and product descriptions to optimise customer engagement and conversion.
Monitor online sales performance, identify trends, and implement actions to increase revenue.
Produce regular KPI reports detailing online sales, web traffic, and performance analytics.
Liaise with the Stock Acquisitions Manager regarding product availability, assortment, and recommendations.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing function to enhance website visibility and customer acquisition.
2. Retail Marketing Develop and implement marketing strategies to support retail performance across all stores and digital platforms.
Manage and coordinate promotional campaigns, both online and in-store, to maximise visibility and drive sales.
Maintain and optimise all Google My Business listings to ensure store information, imagery, and customer interactions are accurate and up to date.
Plan and deliver retail events, product launches, and promotional activities to increase footfall and community engagement.
Build and manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, bloggers, stylists, and influencers to strengthen brand positioning.
Ensure all marketing and communications align with Vision Ireland Retail's brand identity and messaging standards.
Collaborate with Vision Ireland group marketing to ensure broad alignment with key aspects of the group strategy, including our continued commitment to accessibility in all channels Work jointly with group teams on procurement of creative and media services where appropriate to ensure optimum efficiency and value for money for Vision Ireland
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manage CRM systems to support customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives.
Develop and execute targeted communication and promotional campaigns informed by CRM data and analytics.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high data quality and optimise customer lifecycle management.
4. Advertising and Campaign Management Plan and oversee the delivery of advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional media channels.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness, return on investment, and future opportunities.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data protection requirements.
5. Reporting and Analysis Analyse marketing and eCommerce performance data to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
Produce regular reports on sales trends, customer insights, and campaign outcomes.
Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across marketing and eCommerce activities.

Experience and Qualifications A relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a retail marketing and/or eCommerce management role.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) and CRM systems.
Solid knowledge of eCommerce frameworks, website analytics, and SEO principles.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Other Requirements Willingness to travel as required.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings or weekends, to support events, campaigns, or key business activities.
