Job Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
You will be the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries, handling and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Your duties will include accurately recording and reviewing order data on our system, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, and ensuring that all client details are up-to-date.
In addition, you will communicate and coordinate internally with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* To act as the main point of contact for any and all customer enquiries.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
* Enter and review order data accurately on our system.
* Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Maintain current client information on our database.
* Coordinate with internal teams to achieve efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel etc).
* Ability to organize work effectively and maintain attention to detail.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role would be advantageous.
* Eager to learn and possess a proactive attitude.
* Capacity to work successfully within a small team environment.
* Able to exercise initiative and judgment in your work.
