Operative Role
We are seeking a skilled operative to work in our warehouse and production environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, packing, assembly, machine support, and site assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Loading/unloading goods
* Maintaining health and safety standards on site
* Ensuring workstations are tidy and organized
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Adapting to different tasks as required by supervisors
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
* Manual handling certificate or equivalent qualification
* Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry, and handle goods safely
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good proficiency in spoken and written English
