As our Regional Marketing Program Manager for EMEA, you will be the primary engine driving growth for our Pathology portfolio. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can seamlessly bridge global vision with regional execution. You will partner with sales leadership to identify high-priority initiatives, crafting integrated marketing programs that guide customers through every stage of the buyer’s journey—from initial awareness to long-term adoption in the clinical diagnostics space.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Lead the EMEA marketing strategy for Pathology by aligning global corporate goals with specific regional sales priorities.
Campaign Lifecycle Management: Design and execute integrated marketing programs—from initial awareness to customer retention—to drive high-quality leads and sales volume.
Cross‑Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between Global Product Owners and Regional Sales teams to ensure product messaging matches field realities.
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor trends and customer data to optimize the sales funnel and keep marketing tactics ahead of the market.
Performance & Budgeting: Manage the quarterly marketing budget and track program metrics to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
Compliance & Quality: Oversee all campaign materials to ensure they meet strict medical, legal, and IVD regulatory requirements.
Sales Enablement: Act as the subject expert for pathology workflows, providing the sales force with the technical tools, messaging, and training they need to succeed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (eg, Biomedical, Biology, Pathology, or Biochemistry) is required. An MBA or advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) is highly desirable.
Industry Experience: 3–5+ years in pathology or clinical diagnostics. Experience in marketing, sales, or applications—ideally within an international or EMEA‑wide context—is preferred.
Domain Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of pathology workflows (from histology to AI/Digital Pathology) and specific applications like H&E, IHC, and molecular testing.
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to turn high-level business goals into successful marketing tactics, supported by strong project management and organizational skills.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of a global organization.
Adaptability & Drive: A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and thrive under high‑pressure, high‑visibility conditions.
Technical Proficiency: Professional‑level skills in CRM software, Google Analytics, and standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

We Offer
