Scope & Accountability
Define project and programme delivery strategies
Lead contract negotiations and risk allocation planning
Oversee portfolio-level financial performance
Strengthen governance standards and advanced knowledge of PM frameworks
Leads proposals, develops client growth strategies, and identifies new market opportunities.
Brings advanced expertise in commercial strategy, procurement frameworks, and regulatory environments in Ireland.
Demonstrates strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
Leads multi-disciplinary teams, develops talent strategy, and shapes PM best practices within the consultancy
Resolves highly complex, ambiguous, and commercially sensitive challenges.
Balances stakeholder interests while protecting long-term business sustainability.
Demonstrates innovation, commercial judgment, and cross-functional alignment.
High degree of autonomy with influence at senior leadership level.
Shapes project governance and contributes to organisational strategy.
Significant impact on revenue growth, client partnerships, and company reputation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
8+ years' experience including complex project leadership
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) strongly preferred
Membership of Engineers Ireland, PMI, CIOB or equivalent
