Details of the Post The person appointed to this post will work as a Staff Grade Physiotherapist, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality physiotherapy service within Constellation Healthcare.
As a Staff Grade Physiotherapist with Constellation Healthcare, you will work primarily in a unidisciplinary capacity delivering physiotherapy assessment and intervention, contributing to multidisciplinary assessment processes, and supporting patients through follow-up sessions and progress reviews.
Purpose of the Post To provide a high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention service to children, adolescents, adults and older persons allocated to you.
To contribute to assessments and treatment planning.
To deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in line with professional standards and organisational policies.
To work under appropriate clinical supervision while developing professional skills and clinical expertise.
Clinical Responsibilities: Assessment & Treatment Delivery Participate in assessments as the Physiotherapy clinician, contributing discipline-specific assessment, observations, and clinical reasoning.
Provide direct physiotherapy intervention where indicated, including individual or group-based sessions informed by assessment outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.

Qualifying Criteria: Recognised Physiotherapy Qualification Bachelors degree (B.Sc. Physiotherapy) or Masters degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
Registered on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by CORU to practise legally in Ireland.
2 years + post-qualification clinical experience appropriate to a Staff Grade role Experience working in paediatric, community physiotherapy, musculoskeletal practice, neurorehabilitation, or related clinical settings is desirable.
Strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills.
Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
