Job DescriptionThe role involves supervising ACMV and mechanical installation works on-site, coordinating daily activities with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site activities for ACMV and mechanical installations.Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.Monitor workmanship quality and resolve site issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to achieve project progress targets.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.Support testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.Ensure enforcement of safe work practices and adherence to EHS requirements.Job RequirementsDiploma or ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience supervising ACMV/mechanical works in construction or industrial projects.Sound understanding of ACMV systems, ducting, piping, and mechanical equipment installation.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.Familiarity with site safety, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory requirements.Willingness to work at Tuas with transportation pick up at designated MRT station.
