SHEQ Manager Job
We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team.
* Develop and lead the SHEQ strategy aligned with business goals.
* Promote SHEQ awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization.
* Lead and manage SHEQ audits, inspections, and certifications.
The SHEQ Manager is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality across multiple project sites. The role requires overseeing risk management, supporting project delivery teams with SHEQ-related issues, and ensuring site safety documentation is up-to-date and communicated.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to maintain a high level of accuracy, productivity, and work accurately under pressure. They should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and platforms.
Required qualifications include a degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, and a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). A minimum of 5 years of SHEQ experience in an engineering or construction environment is also required.
