Role Overview: As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech-related. Your mission? To ensure our clients’ seamless operations and enhance their employee productivity. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

* Location: These roles are based in Dublin and Cork and/or work from home.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Dive into the heart of issues, diagnose problems, and provide timely solutions.
* User Support: Be the friendly face of the company assisting users with hardware, software and network queries.
* System Maintenance: Keep laptops, and desktops in tip-top shape.
* Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective IT solutions.
* User Admin: Administer user accounts and access rights, ensuring data security and privacy.
* Roll out of new Equipment: Assist with rollout of new user devices e.g.: Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Phones etc.
* On-site and Remote Support: You will provide support to our clients both on-site and remotely.
* Meet SLA Targets: Ensure Service Level Agreement targets are met.
Qualifications:
* Experience: A minimum ofone yearin IT support.
* Tech Savvy: Deep knowledge of operating systems, hardware, networking and user admin.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Confidentiality: Respect for client information and data security.
* Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Fluent English: Fluent English speaking and writing.
* Certification: Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications, CCNA, etc. is a strong advantage
* Driving Licence: A full Irish Driving Licence will be required and access to your own transport.
