The Role:
* Advise clients on a wide range of matters in technology, commercial contracts, data privacy, and IP
* Work with leading international companies in the technology sector, including advising on technology-related transactions and contentious matters
* Provide innovative, practical legal solutions to clients on emerging tech issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless legal support
The Person:
* 2+ years PQE, ideally gained within a large, medium, or boutique law firm or in-house
* Strong expertise in technology law, including IP, data privacy, and commercial contracts
* A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage complex legal issues
* Exceptional communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
