Through collaboration and targeted services, FXC supports enterprises to adopt cutting-edge technologies and best practices, driving economic, societal, and environmental impact.The Role:Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Customer Insights & Communications Lead to lead the work package focused on customer experience, communications, and client data analytics for the FXC programme. The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding diverse client profiles, classifying customer needs, and designing effective communication strategies. They will also support programme partners in their communications efforts and ensure the delivery of an impactful customer experience aligned with grant agreement objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the communications and customer experience work package, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting.Analyse and classify client profiles, leveraging data to develop insights into customer needs and behaviours.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive communication strategies targeting diverse client segments within the manufacturing sector.Collaborate closely with the Programme Coordinator, Programme Manager, and project partners to align communications and engagement activities with overall programme goals.Support partner organisations with communication best practices and facilitate consistent messaging across the consortium.Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of communications and customer engagement activities.Use analytical insights to inform adaptation and continuous improvement of customer experience and communication approaches.RequiredSkills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.Master's degree or advanced certifications in market research or data analytics preferred.Strong background in customer insights and data-driven market analysis.Minimum 5 years' experience in customer insights, analytics, or relevant commercial lead roles.Proven track record of developing insights-driven strategies to support business growth and customer acquisition.Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and implementing CRM or analytics platforms.Proven experience managing communications and customer experience activities within EU-funded projects or similar large-scale, multi-partner programmes.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to classify and segment clients and interpret complex data related to customer behaviour and needs.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience developing strategic communications for diverse audiences.Ability to lead work packages, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver results within target deadlines.Experience working with varied client profiles in technology or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multi-organisational environment.Access to own transport and legal ability to drive unaccompanied in Ireland.Location:IMR offices are located in Rathcoole, Co Dublin and Mullingar, Co Westmeath. This position is based in either our Rathcoole or Mullingar office. We offer a hybrid working model. Travel between offices and client sites will be required from time to time.Salary & Benefits:This position will command a package consisting of basic salary (€65,890 – €69,797 depending on qualifications and experience), employer pension contribution and 5 weeks holidays.Closing Date:All applicants must include an up-to-date version of your CV with their application.
