Production Administrator
for temporary (3 month) work in Oranmore, Co.
Galway.
Our client is a steel manufacturing company.
Job Description – Production Administrator
Input and update production schedules and documentation in our ERP and production systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Prepare and distribute production schedules, labels, and related paperwork.
Complete administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and maintaining records.

Monday – Friday

Rate of Pay
€***** per hour
Job requirements – Production Administrator
1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A team player who will function with the whole team in mind, the common goal of all personnel within our company is to succeed in being the best that we can be.
Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes is a plus.
