Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for various tenant and business-related queries within your assigned portfolio * Deal with tenants' inquiries and coordinate any maintenance/block management requirements Liaise with tenants, landlords, third-party contractors, and relevant committees to ensure seamless property management. Responsibilities Continued: 1. Manage tenant leases, rental income, ensuring rents are paid on time and take appropriate action when required 2. Check bank statements daily to allocate rent accurately 3. Plan and oversee annual service charge budgets and apportionments effectively 4.
