We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Expert.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web in a timely and professional manner
* Offer accurate product and service information, assist customers in placing orders, and maintain customer records
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and coordinate logistics, sales, branding, and accounts
* Generate sales reports and customer insights for the sales team
* Assist with quotations, pricing queries, service route planning, and after-sales support
* Support marketing campaigns and follow-ups when needed

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-centric attitude
* High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
